Fresh and full of green energy, my Eucalyptus & Olive Soap brings together the crisp scent of eucalyptus essential oil with finely ground olive leaf powder, creating a bar that is both refreshing to the senses and wonderfully kind to your skin. Whether you are waking up with a morning shower or winding down after a long day, this invigorating bar offers a gentle, spa-like escape with no harshness, just clean comfort.

A Gentle Yet Powerful Clean

Made for both bath and hand use, this bar is super-fatted, which means it is extra moisturizing and less drying than commercial soaps. I craft each bar to last a long time, even though the weight may naturally change a bit as water evaporates during curing. Most bars weigh between 4.5 to 5oz and just keep getting better with age.

Why Olive Oil?

Olive oil is one of the most beloved ingredients in handmade soap, and it’s at the heart of my Eucalyptus & Olive Soap. It creates a luxurious, creamy texture while offering deep conditioning benefits. Unlike trendier oils that might soften a bar or drive up costs, olive oil keeps this soap skin-loving and beautifully balanced.

Coconut & Castor = Bubbly Lather

Coconut oil is a master cleanser and brings strong, bubbly lather, but it can be too cleansing on its own. That is where the art of soapmaking comes in. By pairing it carefully with castor oil, I strike the perfect balance. Castor is a miracle ingredient in small amounts. It makes the bubbles last longer and adds silky smoothness to each wash.

Sustainable Palm Oil Matters

Balanced • Responsible • Eco-Conscious

Palm oil is ideal for soapmaking because it adds firmness and a lovely lather without sky-high costs. But that’s not why I use it. I specifically choose sustainable, organic palm oils sourced from a certified RSPO supplier – CFC Inc. (Columbus Vegetable Oils). They’re also certified by the USDA for organic practices.

The World Wildlife Fund agrees: responsible palm is better for the planet than swapping it out for lesser-regulated alternatives. Supporting ethical palm growers is a small but important act of environmental stewardship I’m proud to be part of.

Why I Add Beeswax to My Eucalyptus & Olive Soap

A touch of local beeswax brings extra strength and creaminess to each bar of Eucalyptus & Olive Soap. I’ve tested vegan alternatives, but they didn’t meet my standards. Instead, I source my beeswax from local beekeepers I trust. Most treat their bees with love and care, and supporting them supports the larger food ecosystem. Plus, beeswax makes for a dreamy lather!

Fragrance, Naturally

I lean into essential oils whenever possible and only include fragrances that I personally test. If a scent gives me a headache, I will not use it. For Eucalyptus & Olive Soap, I use pure eucalyptus oil blended with Himalayan cedarwood for a scent that is clean, woodsy, and deeply refreshing, like stepping into a shaded grove after the rain.
