Topical Magnesium Oil for achy muscles, night cramps or charlie horses might be the answer you are looking for. Many of us are magnesium deficient because our vegetables are no longer grown in magnesium rich soil. I get night cramps if I don’t get enough magnesium but topical magnesium solved that. My Magnesium Oil Spray is a mixture of Magnesium Chloride and Aloe Vera Juice. When applied to skin, the Magnesium is absorbed and used by the body like a mineral supplement. Magnesium Oil relieves muscle pain and aches and enhance relaxation. Magnesium is cited as one mineral many of us may be lacking in. While taking Magnesium supplements can upset your digestive system, topical magnesium does not have this effect.
I dissolve the magnesium in an aloe vera tea infused with anti-inflammatory herbs known to help with muscles aches including Chaparral, Arnica and Comfrey. Chaparral gives this spray the scent of an American southwestern rain. This bush has been a stable in aboriginal people?s healing for millennia. Arnica is a common anti-inflammatory in folk medicine and found in many salves for aching muscles. Comfrey is used traditionally for aches, pains and bruises and is also called knitbone.
INGREDIENTS:
Aloe Vera Juice infused with Chaparral, Arnica, Comfrey Leaf, Burdock, St. Johns Wort, White Willow Bark, Witch Hazel, Ginger Root, Cayenne and Comfrey Root.

Epsom Salts: Another form of Magnesium.
Fractionated Coconut Oil infused with Chaparral, Chaparral (Creosote Bush Leaves or Larrea tridentata): Fractionated Coconut Oil will aid with the tendency for magnesium chloride to feel dry on the skin. It has a long shelf life too so great with infusions.
Glycerin; To add some moisture to skin.
Jojoba Oil: Long shelf life and close to the natural sebum of our skin.
Isopropyl Alcohol: As a medium for herbal infusion and as a preservative.
Essential Oils of Frankincense, Orange and Myrrh
Dead Sea Salt Provides trace minerals.
Citric Acid: Helps balance Ph.
1:1 ratio of Magnesium Chloride and Aloe Vera Juice.
Shake bottle and spray on skin.
Topical magnesium may cause tingling or itchiness due to dilatation of capillaries. Dilute or use with your favorite body lotion or butter until you adapt. If a worse reaction occurs, discontinue use.
