A Soothing Bedtime Ritual
Let go of the day and ease into rest with this calming Pillow Spray. Made from my own small-batch distillations of home-grown or dried Lemon Balm and Lavender, it brings the garden straight to your pillow, soft, herbal, and deeply comforting.
Each bottle contains a soothing blend of essential oils known to calm the body and mind:
Lavender · Litsea Cubeba · Bergamot · Marjoram · Frankincense · Clary Sage · Neroli
These oils are carefully selected to help you relax, release tension, and fall into deeper sleep without synthetic fragrance or fillers.
Smell is powerful. Certain scents are known to soothe the limbic system, where emotions and memory live, including areas such as the amygdala and hippocampus.
Lavender, in particular, has been shown in studies to ease anxiety and depression while improving sleep quality.
