Description
I picked up some nice soft bamboo toothbrushes. Who can argue with less plastic going to landfills? (Although despite what the manufacturer’s claim, I can’t swear that the bristles are compostable.
Better than the plastic ones though, right? So perhaps you’d like to try one?
According to a study published in The Journal of Clinical Dentistry, ADA approved medium toothbrushes did not do as well at removing plaque as the soft toothbrushes. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28390206/
I read several studies on toothbrushes and it seems that like this soft bamboo toothbrush, soft toothbrushes are generally preferred because it safeguards your gums as well as your teeth.
Also, use just a little toothpaste to protect your enamel and don’t brush too hard. a gentle brush of two minutes seems to be what dentists are recommending.
My color inventory varies so I can’t be certain I can get you the right color. If you order more than one, I will not send you more all the same color unless requested.
Please add to the note at checkout about color preference.
