Prickly Pear Bath Bomb

My Prickly Pear Bath Bombs are inspired by the beautiful rich fruit produced by the Prickly Pear Cactus that grows outside my house in New Mexico.

Prickly Pears are a beautiful red-purple color and my bath bombs smell something fruity and a touch exotic.

The mix of Baking Soda and Citric Acid softens water, and fractionated coconut oil and apricot oil moisturize and soothe.

Red Castor Oil is the one oil that disperses in water so it mixes throughout your bath and helps solubilize other lipids and essential oils.

Toss a Prickly Pear Bath Bomb into your bath and it will dissolve to add a pleasant aroma, softening, and even a dash of skin-absorbed magnesium. Magnesium reduces muscle cramps as it is absorbed through the skin without any tummy upset.

Directions on using Prickly Pear Bath Bomb:

Run bath water. Lock the bathroom door so no one can disturb you. Drop bath bomb into the water. Drop self into water. Allow all worry and self-doubt to bubble away. Allow trust in yourself and trust in a good universe to soak into your body. Remind yourself what a good person you are. Be convincing, use examples! Reassure yourself because everything is exactly as it is supposed to be. Remind yourself of 3 things you did right today. Remember at least 3 things you are grateful for. Breath deeply into any part of you that hurts. Know you are loved.
